How do the English conversation sessions take place?
All sessions take place online through our fully integrated browser based platform conversation room. There is no need to download or install external video software like Zoom or Teams.
Are the guides native English speakers?
Yes, all guides on the platform are native English speakers from the United Kingdom, ensuring authentic real-world conversational practice and cultural nuances.
What proficiency levels and ages do you support?
We welcome participants of any proficiency level, including absolute beginners. While we accept all ages, users under 16 require parental consent. Please bear in mind that our core focus is practice and guidance to build real confidence, rather than formal educational training.
Pricing & Booking
How does the first free session work?
The first session is a 12-minute introductory call. It is free, and you do not need to provide a credit card. You can initiate the call directly from the dashboard whenever you are ready.
What are your standard rates after the free trial?
Our base standard rate is approximately 60 PLN per session. Up-to-date baseline pricing details, dynamic seasonal promotions, and bulk-booking discount options can always be reviewed on our main About and Booking pages.
How long is a standard paid session?
A standard session lasts approximately half an hour—short, but sweet.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least one hour's notice for alterations. If you need to make changes, you can instantly cancel your existing time slot inside the integrated calendar dashboard and select a new booking whenever you wish.
Platform Features
What does the Open / Closed widget sign indicate on the home page?
The 'Open' status means our system is fully operational and actively accepting booking selections. The 'Closed' visualisation is reserved exclusively for scheduled technical maintenance windows or periods where no guides are available for extended durations.
What are the benefits of using the 'Add to Home Screen' app feature?
Our application can be downloaded natively onto an iPhone or Android device as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This gives you rapid one-tap dashboard access without manually typing web links, and enables push alerts so you get notified right as your session call is beginning.
Do you sell physical packages or gift cards?
